Welcome! My name is Valentina and I am a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. My spiritual name is Adi Akasha Kaur. I teach Kundalini Yoga Classes online and in person since 2019. My students come from different countries all over the Globe. I have been a guest teacher in some of the most incredible international yoga retreats in the United States, Bulgaria, Canada, and Greece.

Kundalini Yoga is a set of focused breathing and light, physical exercises. It provides us with an opportunity to stay active, healthy, and relaxed. It is appropriate for individuals of all ages with different levels of flexibility and physical overall health. It is appropriate for everyone who wants to learn how to meditate. It is an excellent option for those of you who want to hear your own voice and intuition in the busy, loud world out there. It is a wonderful option for those of you who seek balance and harmony in your day.


Why Home Studio Yoga?

My belief is that Kundalini Yoga should be accessible to anyone willing to practice it. All you need is a yoga mat, a blanket, a bottle of water, and a few feet of space in your home, bedroom, or office. You do not need a huge space to practice a bit of light movement. You mostly need an opportunity to stretch your body and balance the mind.

In-person classes are wonderful. However, the past few years have taught us that online classes are as effective as the ones in person.


Many of my students opted to do Kundalini Yoga from the comfort of their homes. Either due to the time spent on the commute, working from home, or parental responsibilities,  they prefer to turn on their device and practice Yoga Class through a video call.

Others have joined the online classes from different parts of the States and Europe through their own 3x3 feet of space at home. Great introductions have been made, friendships have been formed and ideas have been exchanged.

Welcome to my website!

My name is Valentina (Adi Akasha).

I am a seeker and a nature lover. I love my family and the world around me.

I fell in love with Kundalini Yoga a few years ago, when I was looking for an alternative type of Yoga in which I could find harmony between breathing exercises, meditation, physical exercises, and spirituality.


Today, I am blessed and happy that I have turned my passion for spiritual growth, yoga, and healthy living into a wonderful profession where I can help many people to hear themselves and live in more harmony.

Kundalini Yoga has helped me rediscover the way back to myself. It introduced me to wonderful people. It gave me the techniques to feel good and to live my life to the fullest and much more harmonious than before. Now, I feel healthier, happier, and more conscious. I see the magic in my daily life. 


As a member of the International Yoga Teaching Organization, I support the need for the proper teaching of Kundalini Yoga, supported by appropriate qualifications and experience. 


 I have been working as a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher since 2019, studying and guiding my students and clients to strive and live a healthier lifestyle full of balance, joy, spirituality, and beauty.

I'd love to share what I know.

We live in interesting times, and now more than ever, people need more hope, more unconditional and bountiful love, more understanding, and more support.
