To start practicing Kundalini Yoga with Adi Akasha was the best decision I have made in a long time. It is all about the balance between the mind and the body. When I heard about Kundalini Yoga from a dear friend, I was in a very stressful state of my life. I started practicing Kundalini Yoga just a few short months, but I already see the difference in myself.  I smile, I smile, and yet again, I smile. I am not stressed, quite the opposite – my day is full of more harmony and balance. Adi Akasha is a wonderful teacher. She advises us on what are the best exercises and techniques, how to execute them correctly, and how to feel the joy in all of that. Through the meditations and the breathing exercises, I feel different emotions and I let go so much so I can stay in balance with myself and the world around me. I will continue to practice Kundalini Yoga because I am open to feeling good, experiencing more, and living better. Sat Nam!

Everyone faces obstacles and challenges in life. We all go through difficult times in our lives. I met Valentina right at a moment of despair. She introduced me to the incredible Kundalini Yoga. She is an amazing teacher who teaches with many techniques, thoughtful explanations, and a great presence. I trust her. I am grateful for Adi Akasha, Valentina’s spiritual name because I gave my confidence back thanks to her and her classes.
Practicing yoga daily improved my physical and mental existence. I overcame the fear of driving a car. I started driving again and managed to enjoy life to the fullest while visiting new and exciting places.
Together with Adi Akasha, and her teaching methods, I connected my body with my soul, and I created a healthy, successful, and happy balance in my personal life.

Kundalini Yoga is the most inspirational, eye-opening, loving, and blissful rewarding experience. It is a journey I had not experienced before. I would not change anything about it.

I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga with Valentina since 2019.  In the beginning, I did not know what to expect. However, while being in kundalini yoga class, I learned a number of techniques to stay more grounded, balanced, and healthy.  Today, I am healthier, more energetic, more intuitive, and more successful in my personal life and career. Oftentimes, people ask me how I stay so motivational, happy, and successful and I often respond that I practice Kundalini yoga.
I feel better on a physical level, my endurance is strong, and my back pain has gone away. I even quit going to the gym because through yoga I achieved so much in a quick period of time. Some of the exercises could be challenging but there are alternative poses. There is no need to be flexible before you begin. I also love the Gong Meditations and relaxation – it is always an amazing ending to every class.
I thought that I will just go to a class or two to try but this became my body and soul rebalancing tradition – online or in person. As of today, this is a priority for me. Despite my hectic and busy schedule, I find time to attend classes with Valentina 3 times a week.
