What is Kundalini Yoga?

Translated from Sanskrit, it means "Life Energy". Kundalini Yoga is all about the movement and the transformation of life and creative, potential energy within our bodies. ​ Kundalini Yoga is one of the most ancient types of yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a combination of movements, meditations, and breathing exercises designed to help us feel stronger, less stressed, healthy, and balanced.
